Return Policy

We accept returns of unused or undamaged items 30 days of your original purchase. For refund details reference the Refunds section below. If you are wanting to return an item please email us with your name and order number. Please note we do not supply return labels. Shipping orders will be shipped within 5-10 days. Tokyopaddles is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
